I am an experienced psychotherapist, accredited by the UKCP, offering short, medium and long-term counselling and psychotherapy in Harrow and Ealing, London.

I have a BSc(Hons) in Psychology and a Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, where I am currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology.

I have experience of working with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-harm, low self-esteem and suicidal thoughts, as well as many others.

I provide a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore whatever it is that is troubling you, in a way and at a pace that you feel comfortable with.

Therapy is a collaborative process which aims to increase awareness and understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and to identify obstacles that are stopping you from living the life you want to live. Therapy can help to develop and harness the necessary resources in order to make desired changes in your life. It can be both insightful and empowering.

The process and focus of therapy is different for everyone, as no two people are the same. As an integrative psychotherapist I draw on a number of different therapeutic approaches, which enables me to work flexibly, to use my knowledge and skills to focus on your unique needs and goals.

Please have a look through my website and if you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial session, please contact me.
