At the heart of therapy is the relationship between us and it is important that we both feel we can work well together.
Once you have made contact, I initially offer a free 15 minute phone call to discuss what it is you are looking for in therapy. Following this, we can meet for an initial assessment session (50 minutes) where we can talk more about the difficulties you are facing and what your goals and expectations are; we can also discuss any questions you may have.
If we decide to work together, we can establish the focus of therapy and how we will proceed.
